Return & Refund Policy
1. When is a Refund Applicable?
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- If the product you received from us has a defect, is damaged, or if you were sent the wrong or incomplete product. In such cases, you must submit a refund request with valid proof via the "Refund" option on our website within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Please note that we do not have a product exchange system.
2. Instructions for Claiming Missing or Lost Products:
- Customers must record a clear unboxing video footage when opening the delivered package.
- In the case of missing products, you must provide written details mentioning the specific size/color and the number of missing items, along with photographic evidence.
- Claims for missing products must be reported to our customer support along with proper evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Processing Time:
After you submit a refund request fulfilling all the conditions, our team will contact you. If your request falls under our refund policy, the value of the ordered product will be refunded within 7 working days. In some cases, the refund time may vary depending on your payment method.
4. When is a Return Applicable?
If the color or size of the delivered product does not match the ordered product, you must apply for a return through the "Return" option on our website with proper proof within 24 hours. Requests made after this timeframe will not be acceptable. Our team will review your request and get in touch with you.
5. When is a Return NOT Applicable?
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- If you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If there is a slight color variation between the website image and the actual product due to your computer or phone display settings.
- If you are simply dissatisfied with the product's quality.
- If the product has been used.
6. Conditions for Returning a Product:
- The returned product must be completely unused. Under no circumstances should the product be washed or worn. For fashion products, a trial fitting is allowed, but it must not be creased, folded improperly, or washed.
- The product must contain the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, and all free accessories provided with it.
7. How to Apply for a Return/Refund?
- First, log in to your account. Then click on the Return Process page.
- Fill out the provided form with accurate information and click the Submit button.
- If your address is inside Dhaka, you can return the product to our office in person or send it via courier to our address. If your address is outside Dhaka, you can send the product to our address via courier.
- Before sending the product (from inside or outside Dhaka), you must inform us beforehand via phone or email. In both cases, you must courier the product at your own expense and responsibility. We are not liable if the product is lost or damaged by the courier.

- Outside Dhaka: Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan
