• For orders outside Dhaka or for certain high-value products, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected or if the product runs out of stock.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible across Bangladesh:

• Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days.
• Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, political unrest, or courier logistics issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
