How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Browse our shop, select the products you want, choose your preferred size/color (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". Follow the simple checkout process, fill in your address, and confirm your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history, save your addresses for faster checkout, and manage your wishlist.
Are your products 100% authentic and organic?
Absolutely! We strictly source our products directly from verified local farmers and trusted suppliers. Quality and authenticity are our top priorities.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charges are ৳60 for Inside Dhaka and ৳120 for Outside Dhaka.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 1 to 2 business days. For locations outside Dhaka, it generally takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the courier service.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS from our courier partner (e.g., Steadfast, RedX) containing a tracking link and a consignment ID. You can use that link to track your parcel in real-time.
Payments, Returns & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh. You can also pay securely online using Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad) or Credit/Debit Cards.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes! We allow our customers to check the parcel while the delivery man is present. If you find any issue, you can return it instantly by paying the delivery charge.
What is your Return and Refund Policy?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must notify us with video/photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Please check our Refund Policy page for detailed information.
